Welcome to Price Ping (“Service”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old, or 13+ with parental/guardian consent.
  • Account Registration: You may register using email or Google. You are responsible for your credentials.
  • Use of Service: Price Ping allows you to schedule price trackers, receive alerts, and configure webhooks. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the right to track prices on any website you choose. Some websites may prohibit automated tracking or scraping in their terms of service. By using Price Ping, you agree to do your own research and comply with the terms and conditions of any third-party websites you track.
  • Free & Paid Plans: Payments are processed via Stripe. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Third-Party Services: We integrate with Stripe, Google, Browser-Use, Sevalla, and Heroku.
  • Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account anytime.
  • Disclaimers: Service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by Canadian law and the province of Ontario.
